Pattachitras – (Sampurna Ramayana – Medium)

Pattachitras are a specialized highly skilled product originates to Odisha state centuries back. Be it mythological or any other themes such as nature, paintings are drawn on cloth based canvases or Tussar (a type of silk) based canvases or Patties (Specially conditioned canvases). All colors used are natually prodcuced and each part of the drawings have religious significance. The prices ranges from 1500/- to 15000 and above based on the sizes that ranges from 18″ X 12″ to 48″ X 36″ and above. Prices also vary on the type of canvases.
